Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Solutions Guru LLC collects through solutionsgurullc.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, business name, email, phone number and a password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash; we can't see them.
- Payment details: handled by Square. We receive the card brand, last four digits and payment records — never the full card number or security code.
- Your progress: which checklist items and directory entries you've marked.
- Basic technical data: IP address and request logs used for security, fraud prevention and rate-limiting.
We don't ask for your Social Security number, your EIN, or your credit reports, and you shouldn't send them to us.
How we use it
To run your membership, process payments, send account emails (receipts, billing notices, password resets), answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the Service. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the Service for us: Square (payments), Netlify (hosting and data storage), and Resend (email delivery). Each may process data only to provide its service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account exists, and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal records. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove what we're not required to keep.
Your choices
You can update your details or ask for a copy or deletion of your data by emailing solutionsgurucredit@gmail.com. We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in — no advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, login attempts are rate-limited, and payment data stays with Square. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your account was misused.
