Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Solutions Guru LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Solutions Guru", "we", "us"), for the membership at solutionsgurullc.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or paying, you agree to them. Please read the billing and cancellation sections closely.
1. What the Service is
The Service is an online, self-guided educational program about building business credit: a staged roadmap, checklists and a directory of third-party vendors, card issuers and lenders. It is not credit repair, and we do not contact credit bureaus, creditors or lenders on your behalf. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Talk to your own professionals before making business decisions.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Equifax, any government agency, or any company in the directory. Third-party programs change frequently; we check them periodically and show the date of each check, but we can't guarantee that any vendor's terms, reporting practices or availability are current when you apply. Always confirm with the vendor.
No guarantee of results. Every creditor makes its own decisions. We do not promise any approval, credit limit, score, funding amount or business result.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for the business you name.
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are for one business and one person; don't share your login.
- Member content is for your own business use. Don't copy, resell or publish it.
3. Plans, prices and billing
Monthly plan. When you join, we charge a one-time setup fee of $199. The setup fee is non-refundable. Your card is saved with our payment processor, Square, and a recurring charge of $29 per month begins on the fourth day after you join (the day you join is day 1) and repeats on the same day each month until you cancel. You authorize these recurring charges when you join.
Lifetime plan. A one-time payment of $4,999 gives access for as long as Solutions Guru operates the Service. There are no recurring charges.
Rejoining. If you cancel and later rejoin the monthly plan, the $199 setup fee applies again.
Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases; we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any change to the monthly price applies to you. Payments are processed by Square; we never receive or store your full card number.
4. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel online at any time from your Account page. You don't need to call or write to us.
- Monthly, within the first 3 days (before 11:59 PM Eastern on day 3): the $29 monthly charge never starts. The $199 setup fee is not refunded. You keep access until the end of day 3.
- Monthly, after the first 3 days: no further charges. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
- Lifetime, within the first 3 days: we refund the full $4,999 to your card and your access ends immediately. This refund is available once per email address; a later lifetime purchase with the same email is final.
- Lifetime, after the first 3 days: the purchase is final and non-refundable.
If a monthly payment fails, Square will email you an invoice and your access pauses until it's paid. See also our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reselling, attempting to break security, or using it to mislead lenders. Never misstate your business, industry or finances on a credit application. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms; if we end your account without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid monthly period.
6. Our content and changes
We own the Service and its content. We may update, add to or remove content, and may change these terms; we'll post the new date above and email members about material changes.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by third-party creditors. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Governing law and contact
