Cancellation & refunds

Cancel online any time from your Account page. Here's exactly what happens.

Plan	When you cancel	What happens
Monthly	Days 1–3	The $29/month never starts. The $199 setup fee is not refunded. Access lasts to the end of day 3.
Monthly	Day 4 or later	No more charges. Access lasts to the end of the month you've paid for. No partial refunds.
Lifetime	Days 1–3	Full $4,999 refund to your card (once per email). Access ends right away.
Lifetime	Day 4 or later	Final sale — nothing to cancel, no monthly charges.

"Day 1" is the day you join. Day 3 ends at 11:59 PM Eastern time. Your welcome email and Account page show your exact dates.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
